Ing. Tereza Řezáčová
A therapeutic mentor with many years of experience, specializing in interpersonal relationships and personal development. During her sessions with clients, she uses the method of didactic dialogue – a structured conversation in which both sides have space to express themselves.
Each meeting is preceded by a typological personality analysis, which serves as the foundation for a deep and highly individual approach. Tereza integrates insights from numerology, Human Design, and other methods to help people understand their inner dynamics, natural talents, and the ways they respond to life situations.
She sees her work as a life calling and continuously develops her expertise. Among other trainings, she has completed the accredited program "Self-Hypnosis and Hypnosis for Helping Professionals and Social Workers" approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, as well as the course "Methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Practice" at the Psychosomatic Clinic under the guidance of Mgr. Roman Pešek.

Hello, my name is Tereza, and I would also like to tell you a little about myself.
Since childhood, I have perceived myself as a very complex being. I often felt anxiety, sadness, and confusion — even though I grew up in a happy and functional family. Perhaps that is exactly why I began very early to ask the question of who I truly am and to search for different paths to understanding myself and the people around me.
When I was fourteen, my mother introduced me to numerology and other systems that opened the door to self-discovery. It was not about believing in something "esoteric", but about trying to understand how people function — how they connect, why they sometimes misunderstand each other, and where their worlds diverge. I was fascinated by the idea that human personality has its own patterns and rhythms that can be understood. Over time, I learned to combine logic with intuition — the world of analytical thinking with the world of emotions.
My personality is full of contrasts, and perhaps that is why I originally studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. I also gained experience in managerial positions within technical environments, where I learned to perceive people not only through their performance but also through their motivation, behavior, and potential. It was there that I began to use personality analysis more deeply and realized that even in a rational world, sensitivity, empathy, and inner understanding have their place.
Today, I focus mainly on interpersonal relationships, and I believe that the key to understanding them lies in self-knowledge. To truly understand our relationships with others, we first need to deeply understand ourselves. Only then can we see why certain situations repeat in our lives, why we react in particular ways, and what we truly need in relationships.
🌟 I work with typological personality analysis as a tool for deeper self-understanding. I help people see that there has never been anything wrong with them — it is simply about understanding how their inner system works. These analyses often reveal that what we perceive as our weaknesses may actually hold our greatest potential for growth and strength. Each of us carries a unique combination of traits that complement, protect, and balance one another. 💫
I also specialize in couples therapy and offer Relationship SOS — a sensitive and immediate form of support for those going through challenging moments when their relationship has reached tension or lost mutual understanding. I help identify what is truly happening and search for a path back to openness, respect, and balance. 💞
💕 Part of my work also includes supporting people in meeting and getting to know new partners, as well as providing sensitive mediation in family, friendship, and work relationships where people need to reconnect through understanding and trust.
As part of deeper energetic work, I also use a pendulum and chakra work, which help release tension and restore the natural harmony of body and mind. 🌿
I help people perceive their personality as a whole — including both light and shadow — so they can grow naturally, without self-criticism or pressure. For me, balance is not a perfect state that we reach once and for all. It is a living movement, a rhythm between calm and waves, inhale and exhale. Sometimes we are up, sometimes down, and it is exactly in this changeability that our true strength and resilience are born.
PS: 💫 Remember that balance is not a straight line — it is a sine wave.

Hi, my name is Markéta. Here in Ecuador Margarita. And what is on my heart? ❤️
Every job I've ever done started with someone asking me: "Do you want to try?" or "Can you help me?" I started at Czech Radio as a production assistant. Even there it began with: "We need a production assistant, would you like to try it?" 🙂 After my maternity leave, even though the doors at the radio were still open for me, I decided to follow a more creative path and accepted an offer to work as a makeup artist 💄💅🏻 in a studio on Jánský Vršek in Prague's Old Town.
From doing makeup for models, commercials and music videos, it was only a small step to discovering Photoshop, Corel and graphic design. Logos, web design, and even the cover for a double CD and a book by Laura and Her Tigers, a catalogue for Boris Nosek, and more. And it was only a matter of time before I moved from graphic programs to editing software, adding video editing to makeup and design. I did every job with enthusiasm – at least until the moment when I somehow became saturated with it.
Today I understand that during the time I worked in graphic design and editing, I was essentially "feeding" my Scorpio 🦂 needs. Working from home, in peace, alone. No one interfering. But then my Sagittarius ascendant 🏹 began to speak – it needed change, human interaction, collaboration and company. So I returned to production and PR. It took time before I learned how to harmonize these two opposites within myself so they could work together. ⏳🙏💕
I had the opportunity to collaborate on many beautiful projects. 🥰 For about seven years I was in charge of production for the largest event of Czech Radio – the awards ceremony at Žofín celebrating the legends of the program Noční proud. And again, it all started with the question: "Can you help us?" The same question also came from the charismatic Michael Havas, who needed PR for his Film Festival in Písek, and from the talented Marek Škarpa and Petr Kurečka, who were starting the Proměny Calendar for the Archa Chantal Foundation. I helped them with PR during the first four years. Producing the first edition of Fotoexpo was also a great experience. However, the second year was supposed to move in a direction I didn't resonate with at all, so I declined to "help". The author and organizer of the Mezi ploty festival once asked for help with his project Celebrations of Prague. And although Prague certainly deserves its own celebration, if I remember correctly, it only happened once. What a pity, Prague!
Then followed five years organizing a beauty pageant for women with fuller curves – MISS Prima křivky. 👸🏼😍 At that time it was a very fulfilling project for me, because as I can still see today on Facebook and Instagram, it helped boost the confidence of girls who, due to insensitive comments at school, in families or in relationships, often didn't believe in themselves. Since I was doing almost everything for the project on my own – from finding financial partners to writing the script for the final gala evening, as well as the production and PR – after five years I reached my physical and mental bottom. 45 kilos, darkness before my eyes after a few steps, silence in my ears – the classic signs right before fainting. I knew something was very wrong and that I could no longer do this to myself. Helping others is beautiful and meaningful, but not at the expense of oneself. This realization brought the end of one cycle, one stage of my life.
A new chapter of my life – Ecuador… 🇪🇨 ☀️🌴
Before I moved to Ecuador, I went through a long journey that I would describe as learning to listen to my body and my needs again. I returned to meditation and Reiki, discovered the Gene Keys, underwent regression therapy and two Kundalini activations, until I reached a point where I knew I wanted to try Ayahuasca. Not to confirm what I already believed, but simply to touch it for a moment. To experience it. And it felt natural to go where this plant truly belongs, where it has its tradition and where the ceremony is guided by a real indigenous shaman. 🌿 The first time I went to Ecuador because of Ayahuasca. The second time it was because of Ecuador itself. Simply love at first sight. A place where I feel at home. 🥰😍
My strong and natural need to help and collaborate has not disappeared – it has simply transformed. Today it no longer comes at the expense of myself, but from a place of true abundance and joy in sharing. That is why, in the heart of Ecuador, in the capital city of Quito, I lovingly created a safe haven and base that I named CASA SEGURA. For you – women from the Czech Republic who wish to discover not only the beauty of this country, but also the depth of their own inner world and their own, sometimes forgotten, beauty.
Ecuador is a land of extraordinary power, untouched natural places and the intense energies of the rainforest, the Andes and the ocean. Its sacred sites, breathing the ancient wisdom of the Incas and civilizations long before them, open a path to reconnect with Mother Earth, with nature itself, and therefore with your own true self. In the silence of the mountains, in the heart of the rainforest, or while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean, you may once again feel who you truly are and return home. Home to yourself. This rediscovered home can support you on your further journey through life – so that it may be joyful, fulfilling and free of unnecessary compromises. 🌞🌿
PS: 💞 Only Love is real.
